Mark will join fellow Anything Goes cast members Tari Kelly and Robert Creighton to perform at Kids Week 2012 on the Intrepid. Mark can be seen playing two of the principle roles he understudies in the Roundabout Theatre Company’s Tony Award winning revival of Anything Goes. Sunday, at 2 pm Mark will play the role of Lord Evelyn Oakleigh and then Tuesday at 7 pm, Wednesday at 2 pm and 8 pm and Thursday at 8 pm he will make is debut as Moonface Martin. Mark will join the Roundabout Theatre Company’s award winning revival of Anything Goes currently playing at the Stephen Sondheim Theatre on 43rd Street. The happiest day of Mark’s life when he and Jennifer Taylor tied the knot in Florence, Italy. The were married in the Sala Rosa (Red Room) in the Palazzo Vecchio.
Mark will make his Town Hall debut in All Singing, All Dancing, a show full of original choreography created exclusively for this concert and set to some of the greatest show music ever written. The concert is directed and choreographed by Jeffry Denman. The cast will include, Helen Anker, Jeremy Benton, James Brown III, Margot de La Barre, Jeffry Denman, Erin Denman, Austin Eyer, Lorin Latarro, Bethany Moore, Noah Racey, Jennifer Rias, Brandon Rubendall, Dennis Stowe, and Kristen Beth Williams.

Mark was seen in the summer of 2009 in the New York City debut of The Tin Pan Alley Rag, Mark Saltzman’s musical play about Irving Berlin and Scott Joplin. Produced by the Roundabout Theatre Company, the show will played the Laura Pels Theatre at the Harold and Miriam Steinberg Center for Theatre on 46th Street. Directed by Stafford Arima, the show featured music by Berlin and Joplin with choreography by Liza Genarro and musical direction by Michael Patrick Walker. Mark performed Off-Broadway in Transport Group’s production of the new musical Being Audrey. With a jazz-infused score by Ellen Weiss and a provocative book by James Hindman, Being Audrey is an inspiring musical that combines different theatricalities for a breathtaking experience. Cheryl Stern stared in the central role, a woman whose obsession with Audrey Hepburn unexpectedly brings her face to face with the most difficult choice of her life. Mark took part in the Roundabout Theatre Company’s workshop of The Tin Pan Alley Rag, a new play by Mark Saltzman that presents a 1915 meeting between Scott Joplin and a very young Irving Berlin. The workshop was directed by Stafford Arima with choreography by Liza Genarro and musical direction by Michael Patrick Walker.
This holiday season Mark headed to St. Paul’s Ordway Theatre to play Phil Davis, the Danny Kaye role, in Irving Berlin’s White Christmas. Mark was a part of the World Premiere company of this show four years ago playing featured roles in the ensemble and took over the role of Phil in 2005 in the San Francisco Company and repeated the role in 2006 at Detroit’s Fox Theatre. Based on the classic film of the same title, the show was again directed by Walter Bobbie with choreography by Randy Skinner and musical direction by Rob Berman. Mark sang the “Star Spangled Banner” at game 3 of the WCHA Final Five Tournament between the Minneapolis Gophers and the Colorado College Tigers at the Excel arena in St. Paul, MN. Visit the Video/Audio page to hear a recording.

In the Fall of 2007 Mark headed out on the road to play the role of the bridegroom, Robert Martin, in the First National Tour of The Drowsy Chaperone. The tour, directed and choreographed by Casey Nicholaw with musical direction by Phil Reno, kicked off in Toronto, home of the show’s creator Bob Martin who reprised his role as Man in Chair for that city.
Mark plaed his last performance in Disney’s hit Broadway musical Mary Poppins. He played a total of 101 performances during his three months with the show and took over the role of the Policeman for the final three weeks of his run. In the winter of 2007 Mark was seen in Paper Mill Playhouse’s production of Romance Romance. This Tony-nominated tuner by Barry Harman and Keith Herrmann pairs two distinctive one-acts to create an entertaining musical that explores the highs and lows of love. The show was directed and choreographed by Mark S. Hoebee with musical direction by John O’Neill. The cast will included Jessica Bouvers, Matt Bogart, Danette Holden and Mark.
